REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS

Under the United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations you have the right to cancel your order for any item purchased from Brave Dope Clothing, for a full refund.

Order cancellations must be made in writing within 7 working days of your goods being delivered and you must include your order number.

To cancel your order please contact us at; info@bravedopeclothing.com.

If however your order has already been processed, you will need to return the order to us. 

Return or exchange an item: 

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item or items to us in their original condition* within 14 days of receipt. We will issue a refund on receipt, or exchange the item for a different size / colour if preferred provided:

1    The items are unworn and unwashed (and there are no signs of transfer of any make-up, or other stains);

2    The Items have all tags attached and are returned with correct despatch and order information.

We will refund the price that you paid for the Items taking into account any discounts or promotions applied when you purchased the items. The refund will not include any delivery charges you have paid. All refunds will be made using the same method of payment you used to purchase the Items.

However delivery charges are only refundable if you have received goods that are faulty and a refund is made. 

•    Underwear or swimwear (if the hygiene seal has been removed) cannot be returned for health and hygiene reasons.

Sale Items: 

All Items purchased in our sales are not eligible for a refund and can therefore only be exchanged for store credit.

Please note: 

The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we advise that you send the parcel tracked and signed, using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods. The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility too. The parcel can take up to 7 working days to be returned to us, unless sent via special delivery.

Please include whether you want an exchange/refund in your parcel.

If the item you receive is faulty, please contact customer care quoting your order number, your name and address, details of the product and the reason for your return, and whether you require a refund or a replacement. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return. You have 30 days from receipt of the faulty item to return it to us at standard delivery cost.
